Gutter Tech Enterprise was back in Clinton, NY to help Lewis Custom Homes protect their newly installed apartment complexes from the damaging spring rains.
After determining the best approach for the layout of the Seamless gutter systems, and which way would be best to pitch the gutters to move the water away from any entrances, walkways, and foundations, we extruded all the gutters on site to make for a perfect fit.
As always, we make sure to design out gutter systems to carry the roofs water run-off as far as possible away from the homes foundation, while keeping in mind the aesthetics of the building architecture and surrounding landscaping. We also make sure to calculate that we have sufficient downspouts to carry the water from the gutter system down and away from the building. If necessary we go with larger downspouts in high volume areas such as valleys, or large roof surface areas. Gutter Tech is always very careful to install our hidden gutter hangers close enough to provide sufficient strength for the gutter to handle even the toughest winters.
Our seamless gutter system came out great and even added curb appeal to the newly built apartment buildings.
